Cancellation
You can cancel the order anytime before it’s shipped, I will issue a full refund to your PayPal account very soon. If your order is shipped, then you will need to return it to me, and pay the returning shipping cost.

To protect the integrity of our order processing, we reserves the right to require additional order verification for any and all orders before processing for shipping.

Producing time depends on the type of art you purchase:
In-stock item – Will be shipped in 2 days.
All painting – 3 days for producing, 5-7 days international shipping, you will receive it around 8-12 days after ordering.
A tracking number will be sent to you via shop shipping notification, you will receive it just in around 4 days after it’s shipped.

Damages
We pack all paintings in solid tube very carefully, normally it will arrive to your home safely. However, sometimes, it might arrive damaged, so, VERY IMPORTANT! Unpack the package in front of the courier, if it’s damaged, please follow the below STEPS:

1. Please ask courier man to write ‘the item is damaged/broken’ or something like that on the waybill.
2. You can have the paintings after you and courier man both confirm the damages, ALSO, make sure courier man write the package and item is damaged on waybill.
3. Call the courier company to claim, you will be required to provide photos of the damaged package and item, also a claim form to fill out, after all, you will get a CLAIM NUMBER, which mean the courier company accept the claim and confirm the damages, please send me the claim number and photos of each side of the package, and damaged parts on painting to me, I will arrange to deliver a new painting immediately.
4. If courier man just leave package at your door, there is no way you can confirm damages in front of courier man, please ignore NO.1 and No.2, do No.3 above.

Keep the damaged painting and the package until the problem is solved.

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or get a FULL refund.

Items should be returned in its original condition, and it must be packed in its original packing in a plastic tube (please DO NOT pack it with cardboard box). If your painting is stretched or framed, it’s not acceptable for return and exchange.

We want happy customers!! For any reason, if you don’t like the painting you received, you can return it in its original package and condition in 30 days on the receipt of it. You only need to do 3 things:

1. Email us for our shipping address to ship painting back (please DO NOT pack it with cardboard box, it must be packed it in a plastic tube like I do).

2. Ship it back with Post Office ONLY!! Because it’s cheapest and it doesn’t require too many paper work when it imports to China.

3. Get a full refund once the returned painting is received. Or if you want to exchange for another piece, we will ship out the replacement just in a few days after the returned one is delivered.
